Multidisciplinary seminar is focusing on the health promotion (salutogenic) work in different settings. Settings as schools, hospitals, municipality, social sector, communities, workplaces etc. Speakers represent the social science field and the health science as well as science of education. They have continued Aaron Antonovskys work on the salutogenetic field, focusing on what creates health and sense of coherence.
Professor Emeritus Shifra Sagy from Israel speaks about health promotion in conflict areas. Associated professor Ruca Maass from Norway speaks about health promotion in communities. Professor Claudia Meier Magistretti from Switzerland has the approach of hospitals and associated professor Lenneke Vaandrager from Holland speaks about the health promotion of green spaces. Avishai Antonovsky (Aaron Antonovskys son) speaks health promotion from the viewpoint of military. Professor Emeritus Bengt Lindström is the moderator of the seminar.
